INGREDIENTS
2 cups garbanzo beans, cooked
1 tsp tahini (sesame butter)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers, green, chopped(optional)
Garbanzo liquid as needed
METHOD
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add enough liquid to make a thick spread.
2. Serve on toast.
Makes: 2 cups
