INGREDIENTS 2 pounds large whole fresh mushrooms 2 tbsp olive oil ½ cup finely diced onion 2/3 cup bread crumbs 1 tbsp finely chopped pecans 1 tsp spike season ¼ cup of water Salt to taste METHOD Clean mushrooms.
