How much water is enough?

Is eight glasses of water a day enough. Well, the body speaks for itself. The proof is in the urine.

If your urine is dark yellow or brown then you are not hydrating properly. Hydration is one of the easiest solutions to restore certain health disorders.

Staying hydrated ensures proper organ function of heart, kidneys, brain, liver, and lungs, all body systems. The formula for drinking enough water is body weight divided by 2. This calculates how many ounces of water to drink daily. For example; if you weigh 120 pounds, 120/2=60. Sixty ounces would be your daily intake of water.
